Our Story
Made by Hand, Shared with Love
Ms. Grace's Kettle Corn started the way the best Southern food always does — one hot kettle, a wooden paddle, and a recipe worth standing over. Every batch is still hand-stirred and kettle-cooked, never mass-produced.
From markets and festivals across Orlando and Central Florida, Ms. Grace built a following one warm bag at a time. The pork rinds came next — light, crackling, and seasoned by hand — and the family table just kept growing.
It's still a handmade thing. Still small batches. Still made with love. [Editable: add Ms. Grace's personal founding year & hometown details when confirmed.]
